Great location, spacious room, friendly & attentive staff. The piano bar at night is a blast. I’ve been staying here for 29 years and will definitely return

Cleanliness of the hotel's floor and furniture is spotty at best and the there was not a lockbox in our room to keep our belongings safe even though there was a sign saying there was. The shower sink would get easily clogged with water too. At least the breakfast was good.

The restaurant was good, but the room and bathroom in particular were dirty with lots of mold

Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The area itself is not good. Very old hotel in dire need of an update (avocado green wallpaper), the bar less than a block away and traffic from the street were very noisy. WiFi is inconsistent. Whole area felt very unsafe. Lots of homeless people nearby.
