My friend and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and felt modern. Everything was clean, the rooms are relatively large with a desk, security box, and fit two twin beds comfortably. The bed was about medium firmness and not springy. All the hotel staff are friendly and professional. Breakfast was pretty standard, but well executed. Getting into the hotel is a little confusing as it is only on the 3rd floor and up of the building. You’ll need to enter past a white metal fence or through a glass entrance to make your way to the elevator. There isn’t signage that will say “Hotel HW - Libertad”, but if you look up you’ll see nice patios. The area around the hotel is sketchy, so exercise caution at night. During the day, it is fine. Overall, such great value!

Staff rejected a parcel that i was meant to receive although i clearly explained in writing and at the check in and plan was agreed. Therefore item will probably need to be sent back to the seller.
Some of the staff speaking little to no english at all at the reception - a bit concerning for a Hotel.
For late check in it is not really straight forward - you need to go through a different gate in order to reach eventually the lift bringing you to the hotel.
Surrounding of the hotel is quite bad, with (hat appears to be) drug addicts or homeless at the front of the street. And no shops nearby.
Food for breakfast is good.
Room was comfortable.
Save at least an extra 10min at the checkout because they will send a staff to your room before departure for checks.

The location was a disaster we were advised not to go out of the hotel after 7pm and it fell like a prison there is a gym in the building or attached to it and the noise and vibration was really annoying the breakfast was not of the quality and it wasn't fresh the fruit in the basket were rotting I wouldn't recommend the hotel

What a great hotel . It met all my needs . I stayed there for 2 weeks and enjoyed everyday of my stay. Access to the second floor gym as well as the great restaurant made it even better. I will definitely stay there again.
