Hotel is really nice, big rooms, clean, staff is very attentive. Camilo was wonderful , he would recommend places, trips, tours, even the taxi. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of options. No view whatsoever. But as soon as you step out of the hotel you could see the mountains. Overall wonderful, would recommend .

I felt vulnerable.

I made my reservation for a Junior Suite room and upon arriving at check-in. I had to make the payment for one of a higher cost. The one that was reserved did not prevail. I did not receive any response or apology.

Great for families and for trips in Santiago.

The hotel has a great location and excellent service. It is not very new, but brings a good comfort. Your restaurant is very good.

First Hotel

The hotel is excellent. All staff are very caring and polite, you can arrive early in the morning and they will be ready to welcome you. The breakfast is quite full and you can order the breakfast the day before for travel, if you are going to take some walk the next day. He also has excellent academia. Cleaning the rooms every day and the time you request. The internet is a little slow, but would be worth the return and would indicate to friends.

The hotel is super confortable, the staff is so attentive, will be available all the time, recommendations for restaurants, tours, places to visit. Even the taxi was fantastic. Our concierge Camilo was outstanding.
And Andrea , the taxi driver was amazing, they made us feel home.
Will recommend 200%
