Excellent with just one unexpected issue.

The hotel is clean, and the staff is accommodating. It’s on a beautiful street. Breakfast was delicious - eggs, bacon, yogurt, toast, etc.
We were given a beautiful room on the second floor in the front of the hotel. We opened all the windows and ended up with mosquitos in our room from the trees. Maybe it was just that time of the year for mosquitoes.
Other that the mosquitoes it was perfect.

Avoid at All Costs – Hotel Holds Guests and Luggage Hostage!

If you value your time, sanity, and basic hospitality, DO NOT STAY HERE. Our group had already arrived, dropped off luggage, and some members had even checked in. After going out for dinner, we returned to a staff change and an absolute disaster. Despite our luggage being stored inside and our main booker actively trying to resolve payment (while also staying at the hotel!), the new receptionist flat-out refused to let us access our rooms. Calls and texts to sort it out were ignored, forcing us to wait an outrageous amount of time for no reason.
This was beyond unacceptable—we were treated like trespassers instead of paying guests. If a simple shift change means guests are locked out and their belongings held hostage, this hotel is fundamentally broken. Absolutely shocking service, zero common sense, and a complete waste of time. Never again.

Nice neighborhood, helpful staff

Great location on a beautiful street. Close to many visitor sights. Staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke limited English. Arranged for transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was available every morning which was very nice. It had a good variety and was a nice start to our day.

Historical Center Vegas Hotel location

Very nice hotel well maintained located in the Historical Center of Santiago, a block away from the San Francisco de Alameda Church and Museum of Art, near line 1 (red) metro station, many public bus lines stops nearby and main square Plaza de Armas, Santiago's Cathedral and walking promenades.

Good location and pleasant stay

We had a nice stay at Hotel Vegas. The location was good and all of the sights were easily accessible - the receptionists spoke a little English and were able to answer all our questions. The rooms were clean and provided all necessary amenities. The only problem is that there is no elevator - it was difficult to go up and down three floors with all of our luggage, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.
