Great location

We loved the hotel, very well located, close to many important sites so we could do a lot on foot. The cleaning is very good and has a great breakfast, the shower, I'm missing, it was wonderful!
The service was also impeccable.
And the view from our window was fantastic!

A good hotel

Let's start with the highlight: service at the reception of the employee Lucas. Attentive, respectful and very polite. It was nice to be welcomed by such a dedicated professional.
The hotel is very well located, close to the metro which makes it very easy, Manuel Montt station, about 1 block away. The neighborhood is safe and provides long and beautiful walks.
If you wish, you can buy the tours directly with the local staff, they provide everything.
Over the bedroom: small, mattress and bad pillows. The towels are already 3 years old, should be changed so from guests who have already dried up with her hahhaha are ralas. In room 612 there is a toilet leak, the water is running all the time, in the sink the hot water does not work. There are cracks and the elevator alarm fired twice by mistake

Great location, impeccable service and wonderful breakfast!

My experience at Ibis Providencia was very good. The breakfast is excellent, with quite a variety of options, serving well to different tastes. The staff also deserves to be highlighted: everyone was very attentive, polite and always willing to help, which made all the difference during the stay.
Another strength is the location, which is excellent. The hotel is in a very well-located area, with easy access to metro, restaurants, markets and the main sights of Santiago. I would definitely stay again and recommend to those looking for comfort, practicality and great service.

Ibis Hotel Providencia, Santiago de Chile

As soon as I entered the hotel, the smell of rotten eggs shocked me. It lasted 2 days and at night was unbearable. I was scared. There are at least 15 employees at the lobby, but no one greets you. The front desk personnel were helpful. They have a taxi driver that you can use. This driver does not know how to get around. He got lost on my ride and instead of taking 20 minutes to get to my meeting, he drove around for an hour and a half. The cleanness of the room is bad. I mean, I saw hair on the floor when I arrived and were when I left.

Simple but cheap and very well located

The best thing about this hotel is the location. I loved having stayed in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood of PROVIDENCIA, the 1 square from the station Manuel Mont was the best decision, a hand on the wheel... the red line 1 leads us to the main tourist attractions of the city or connects with other linhss that levram. The hotel itself has good cost x benefit, it is quite simple and basic, just to sleep right. I always miss the existence of a fridge bar in the room, which I use a lot and the standard Ibis does not. The attendees were helpful, helped me with information. Everything was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very basic, but good, nothing too much, and at some times the employees had difficulty repairing the items due to the overcrowding of the place. I found the items of the restaurant and the bar a bit expensive, I recommend that the guests give preference to buy on the street. Oh, the hotel wifi is painful, very weak. Otherwise, I cannot complain, the hotel meets the expectations and offers a relatively good cost. I would stay back there, mainly for the location and ease of transportation.
