They are looking for people to work who are almost like slaves, with lousy pay and working conditions for everything they ask, as you can read in the photo ad.
It is very important not to compact with this type of people and places, who seek to exploit workers, generally looking for foreigners who accept the conditions.

Horrible pésima aislación se escuchaban las conversaciones de la pieza colindante incluso cuando comían y el baño exterior muy sucio pareciera que nadie hace aseo, es una pena porque la ubicación no es mala pero el lugar deja mucho que desear ,

Ayant séjourné dans plus de 1 500 hostel, hôtels, Bed and Breakfast, auberges de jeunesse... JAMAIS je n'ai vue une ABSENCE TOTALE DES PROPRIÉTAIRES ou du PERSONNEL entre 17h-18h et 9h du matin... Quand sur google, on lit "Le marche Bed & Breakfast" on se doit d'avoir le petit déjeuner inclus, hors ce n'est pas le cas... Autour de la grande table, une douzaine de chaises, toutes sont bancales car les écrous ne sont pas serrés ou sont manquants... Il est signifié qu'il est interdit de fumer y compris dans le patio. Mais comme "le service est fini en fin d'après midi, les hôtes fument dans le patio... Suite à un message Whatsapp, le propriétaire nous écrit que nous pouvions garer notre voiture dans une des petites rues autour sans danger. Le lendemain matin, les 2 miroirs des rétros extérieurs avaient été volé, preuve qu'il ne connait pas grand chose... Le paiement se fait uniquement par Paypal, qui a mon humble avis est une manière détournée de ne déclarer que partiellement l'activité... La seule chose positive est la qualité de la literie. Établissement à fuir.
