Lovely hotel!
Gorgeous & comfortable hotel with lovely garden!
Breakfast also excellent - first time on this trip of being able to get my egg just the way I like!

Moderate stay
No heating in room the first day and no hot water in shower during entire stay (lukewarm water after 15 min wait ). No price reduction or compensation for this inconvenience

We are truly sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. During your visit, we experienced technical issues with our boiler system, which affected heating in some rooms and caused delays in hot water reaching certain showers. While hot water was available, we understand that having to wait several minutes was inconvenient and far from the comfortable experience we aim to provide.
We also regret that you felt insufficiently supported during your stay. Your comments are valuable and help us improve both our communication and guest care, particularly when unexpected technical issues arise.
