The room was great for a solo traveler like myself, but was large enough to accommodate 2 if necessary.
For anyone needing some peace and quiet when relaxing in the room will not be disappointed, as the walls are thick and the city itself is quiet even when traffic is heavy outside.
The host was gracious and expedited any small issues I ran into.
I WILL stay with Santa Rosa Spot by Andes+ again.

Vacation hotel Santa Rosa spot by andes
Airbnb hotel located in an area that seems uncrowded with an unwelcoming environment and relative cleanliness, characterized by a constant smell of urine and garbage that drags on all day long. The large presence of homeless people, one sleeping just under the window, gives the impression of an apparent lack of security. However, these individuals do not appear aggressive or unwelcome. There are significant disparities between neighbourhoods, both in terms of cleanliness and the condition of buildings. The apartment enjoys a convenient location to explore the area on foot, just 8 minutes from the metro and about 20 minutes from Bella Vista, Plaza des Armes and Sanhattan.
The equipment of the apartment is basic, mainly composed of furniture from IKEA. Registration proved to be somewhat complicated, seeming to indicate a lack of coordination with the security service, as the whole process is done via WhatsApp.
As for the condition of the apartment, it left something to be desired: the cleaning seemed superficial, the shower curtain was in poor condition with mold and the equipment in bathroom linen was insufficient, with only two bath towels, a hand towel, a roll of toilet paper and no dish towels for the duration of the 15-day stay. In the event of a request for a change of towels, a large fee is required, which makes it more economical to purchase new towels. The pool would be an asset that is underexploited, there are no amenities, no sun loungers, no umbrella, the only chair available does not have a cushion which makes it uncomfortable. The street is very busy and noisy at all hours of the day and night. Therefore, I do not recommend this property.

Great location and great communication! Flight came in super early and even was able to arrange last minute early check in. Walkable to all my attractions of the city was perfect for my stay.

Everything was exceptional, except for three things. The location is kind of sketchy at night. Upon arrival nobody spoke english which fair enough but a warning would have been nice. Lastly upon arrival you need to do a check in on your phone with the front desk and although they tried to explain, there english was not sufficent. The room was awesome, the staff were friendly and the price was awesome!

Early check-in for expensive fee.
Decorative pillows had very old stuffy smell, dusty like. Sleeping pillows very flat, very cheap, no support. When i messaged about extra pillow options, was ignored, had to use the towels provided to help add support as decorative pillows had too strong an odor to use. Once you check in, your left on your own, theres no support or feedback.
