Perfect and comfortable hotel. Ideal for short stays in transit or business trip.

It is a central, comfortable, clean and functional hotel. Rooms and large beds, comfortable temperature. Quiet. Very good and varied breakfast. Free parking within the hotel. Good wifi. Close to good restaurants and cafes.

Diego de Almagro Express

We spent only one night, from the room nothing to say spacious - clean - comfortable, very good sized TV, the wifi connection was good (it did not connect to the first, but the stability and speed was fine).
Normal breakfast, not exceptional, but fulfills scrambled eggs - eggs with ham - cheese - ham - variety of breads - juice - coffee - tea.

Good hotel, new, comfortable, clean and very good service, excellent location

Very good hotel, new and comfortable facilities, a little small room, but more than enough for a couple of days. Nice, clean service and good normal breakfast. Includes necessary services and schedules. I'd come back.

Bad experience, I don't recommend it

I stayed at Hotel Diego de Almagro Express in Temuco and it was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. It is promoted as a 4-star hotel with restaurant and parking, but upon arrival there were no parking lots and neither offered any solution.
The room left a lot to be desired: the sink was covered, the hairdryer was not working and the shower water was barely warm. When trying to dine at the restaurant, they only offered a unique $27 menu, which also had bad reviews from other guests.
Worst of all was breakfast. The restaurant was completely collapsed, with only two people attending and cleaning. There was no coffee or hot milk, cutlery and dishes were missing, and the guests themselves had to clean our tables to be able to sit. There were people eating on their feet, trying to rescue what little was left. The hygiene of the place was deplorable.
Definitely a horrible experience. I do not recommend it at all.

I was stolen inside the hotel

We were robbed inside the hotel, a couple walked into the hotel lobby and took a backpack without anyone at the hotel noticing. There was no security for non-guest control.
