Breathtaking panoramic views and excellent service

The property keeps perfectly its promise to be an "aparthotel". Our beautifully sized room was not only equipped with a functional kitchen, but also offered the luxury of a breakfast service served directly in the room. For those who choose to stay on the first or second floors "seaside", expect a real enchantment: a literally "breathtaking" panoramic view of Valparaiso. What a pleasure and what an unforgettable privilege to enjoy your breakfast on the terrace, in front of such a spectacle! The room itself is very bright and has very complete equipment. In addition, the staff was professional and particularly welcoming, making the stay all the more enjoyable. Finally, the location is excellent, allowing easy access to the main sights to visit, as well as the best restaurants in the city. In my top 3 hotels visited in Chile.

Excellent hotel, good service very quiet

The hotel is very nice. It is small, very welcoming and super quiet.
The rooms are very large.
This time we had a room with terrace, but no view. The one that was very good!
Surely next time we'll try one with a view.
Breakfast is delicious and very homely. Highly recommended.

Pilar was so lovely

Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel design is beautiful with a view over the sea. Breakfast was also brought to my room every morning on time too and was delicious. Pilar was so so lovely too making me feel very at home. She gave me my personal number in case I needed her and was very friendly. She recommend great things to do in Valparaiso. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Valpo.

Beautiful and caring

Great location in best part of town. Beautiful well appointed rooms and yummy breakfast. Manager was super helpful with any enquiry, flexible with our times and helped with restaurant and transportation bookings. Highly recommend this small friendly boutique hotel.

We chose Augusta Hotel because of the room 36m2 with a large shower and balcony. Most rooms in Valparaiso are small. But we weren’t expecting the incredible view of the harbour with sunsets and sun rises. The room itself is just gorgeous. The staff very professional and helpful. Good breakfast delivered by tray. Location perfect. Will return.
