Cutest hotel I’ve been in. Love the room and decor. Location is up the hill so be prepared to climb if you walk. Uber would be a good option but we walked. Breakfast was simple. Staff were excellent. Google maps showed the correct location but announced we had arrived when we were still 1min away. Hotel is mostly below street level and not easy to see.

No AC or fan → rooms very hot; couldn’t open windows at night (barking dogs)
No hot water in the shower first two days
Dog poop on entrance walkway that wasn’t properly cleaned
Contradictory communication (check-in listed as 14:00 vs 15:00)
Asked about housekeeping; we declined → room cleaned anyway

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Fernando gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants, where to walk, and tips to stay safe.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, peaceful room, great art-deco. The pool and outside terrace were closed however. We still enjoyed our stay!

One of the few hotels with a free and safe parking. Staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel was very clean but the quality of the beds and chairs could be better. Overall good quality for price.
