Excellent weekend getaway

Excellent service in all senses, exquisite poscina, amazing hot-tub, very good breakfast (although the fruit could be better), the staff is very friendly at all times, the toilet is daily and quite complete. The place is ideal to go to rest.

Very Bad and Expensive

Lousy value for money, poor preparation, taste, etc, and above all expensive!!!!
We ordered 4 courses, raw fish, tasteless, poorly prepared, price equivalent to good restaurants in Santiago. The worst restaurant we've ever been to, they sell the view only

Very violent

We didn’t want to leave the pool, we didn’t want to leave the restaurant, we didn’t want to stop having breakfast or dinner and we wanted to be in the pool all day and all night. Beautiful and to go a thousand times more

Great potential but with low standard

Old Port is a 3 star hotel but with deficiencies. Nice architecture and sea view, but substandard.
Of the best, the food of the restaurant, although the menu is not varied. The dishes taste good, but the wine list is short.
Of the aspects to improve: the heating of the bedroom is poor (no air conditioning), they do not have gowns and slippers, few towels, no amenities and little lighting in the hot tub sector.
The bad: unrefrigerated bedrooms with leaks during the rain. The shower took more than 20 minutes to heat the water. Bathroom without heating. Massages...expensive and low quality. Breakfast, continental but with little variety. Finally, no signage in case of emergency.
Overall, a hotel with great potential for its architecture and space, but with a low standard.

Very good to lousy in 3 months

Last visit had been perfect, mid-January 2025.
Today all lousy. We ordered things that they never brought and they charged me. We canceled one dish and ordered another and both arrived and charged both, mix seafood pil pil (navajuelas, clams both lousy with sand, cold and without flavor) congrio with rustic potatoes with 0,0 affection, cold fish.
Another cold fried conger dish with hair in the smoothie. Juice pineapple pulp was just pulp like puree, I asked for return they said that was not returned (it was almost full)
Everything was going so well but it fell flat quickly.
