房间宽敞明亮，地理位置还可以，比较好停车，清洁也到位，无异味，床品干净，距离附近商超也很近，生活比较便利。铁路竟然在酒店后面，对于睡眠较浅的人来说，真的有点折磨人。

尊敬的宾客，感谢您对酒店的点评！非常感谢您入住本酒店，关于酒店靠近铁路有噪音这个问题，在经营之前就提前考虑到了，装修的时候在临近铁路侧和房屋布局中位的所有房型，在原有窗户的基础上又增加了一套窗户，目前这些临近铁路和其它部位的窗户共计有三层隔音玻璃，休息期间尽量关好窗户会有很大改善，但是不能彻底根除这个问题，也向铁路部门反映多次，无法改变现状。所以我们在营业初期就对房价定位进行了调整，对比周边同等档次，我们把房价相对调整的比较低，我们始终站在客户的角度看待问题，在硬件无法改变的时候，我们从内心只能把实惠让给客户，在此希望能够得到您的理解，期待您的下次光临，非常感谢！

房间不错，但是很吵，需要好好休息的不要订，备注了要安静的房间，但是酒店隔音很差很差，一边是外面不知道什么车特别大的噪音，一边是别的房间人大声讲话的声音
是真的巨吵

住院，靠近火车站轨道，比较吵吧，凑合一下，睡觉，在旁边的医院照顾病人。其他的没有啥了，服务基本没有。

针对火车鸣笛噪音问题，我们已经多次向铁路部门以及环保部门反应，也得到铁路部门的多次回复:火车夜间鸣笛是依据《铁路技术管理规程》第383条规定：机车在接近车站、鸣笛标、曲线、道口、桥梁、隧道、行人、施工地点、黄色信号、引导信号或天气不良时长声鸣笛。由于火车鸣笛是按照国家铁路规程具体要求进行实施的，所以现在的火车鸣笛噪音问题还无法得到解决，敬请您的谅解！我们十分感谢您选择并入住多尚客轻奢酒店！感谢！

我一般不给差评，但是，酒店热水放了将近1个小时，水才有点温度。想洗个脸，洗个澡都搞不成。
