Amazing hotel, recommend to everyone who travel to Ankang and needs comfort and little bit of luxury. Great food both western and Chinese, friendly and helpful staff, sport facilities. If I have a chance I will come back again in the future.

This is the first time I stayed at Swisstouches Hotel Ankang, and the experience was perfect. The location of the hotel is superior, the parking lot is large, and the hardware facilities are complete, which is completely five-star. The service attitude of the staff is very good, and the service response speed is very fast. After staying for three nights during the off-season of the Spring Festival, the room was upgraded for free in the next two days. It was a surprise. Ms. Chen Zizhen at the front desk made guests from far away with her sweet smile and warm words It feels like coming home, any problems or needs in the room, just a phone call, can be quickly and satisfactorily resolved, it's great! Give the hotel and service staff a big thumbs up👍🏻

The hotel's hardware facilities are perfect and clean. There is a heated swimming pool, about 26°C. The rooms are clean and well-designed, and the feeling of staying is very good. We stayed on the second day of the Lunar New Year. There were too many people for breakfast, and the dishes were not served in time, which is understandable because it is during the Chinese New Year. Easy parking.
