近田高门口，近古城，交通便利，旁边有超市，早餐、夜宵店。酒店配有电梯，干净舒适，是周末来看孩子经济便捷的好选择。

真的太失望了！这次入住体验糟糕透顶。前台服务态度恶劣，不仅没有基本的热情和耐心，还非要额外加钱才让办理入住，完全没有合理的解释。 进了房间，卫生间门是坏的，根本没法正常使用，合页损坏，开关门都困难。墙面也有多处破损、掉皮，天花板还有不明的孔洞，看着就让人心里发毛。桌子边角磨损严重，磕磕绊绊。花了钱却住这种房间，简直不值。希望商家能重视这些问题，提升服务质量和房间维护水平，别再让其他顾客有这么糟心的体验！

你好！对不起，非常感谢您宝贵的建议或提醒，我们会重新改造，越来越好，至于加20元的问题我已经了解了，你们开的是准备双人间，当时也剩一间房，入住4个人，按照店里规定，多人入住在客人愿意之下进行收每个人加10元洗漱品费用，谢谢你的光临！
