民宿位于居民区内，晚上很安静，空调也没噪音；自助入住非常方便，公区很大，有客厅、阳台，可以晾衣服，行李多也放得下；有提供厨房、冰箱，设施齐全；老板推荐的饭店和咖啡店都没踩雷，非常靠谱

这家民宿一进来就是极大惊喜，整套房型面积特别的大尤其客厅餐厅，还有开放式厨房厨具都有可以自己做饭。卫生非常非常的干净，你能感受到每一个细节老板娘的精心打理。绝对五星推荐

设施：客厅有洗衣机，厨房餐具和调料品齐全阳台有洗衣机晾衣架真的感觉和在自己家一样
卫生：瓷砖基本上是发亮老板和老板娘亲自打扫
环境：就在高铁站旁边离高铁站就四百米不到的距离作为高铁中转休息站都很舒服
服务：老板和老板娘两口子很热情有问必答，服务也特别好基本上就可以当成朋友

距离保山站很近，老板人好好，热情，善良，给予指引道路，房间特别干净，被子清香的味道，很好入睡，安静，大大的客厅，下次来还住这里，

老板人很好，免费帮我们升级了房型，然后耐心的给我们讲解房屋服务设施。
民宿地理位置很好，就在高铁站出来走10分钟左右就可以到。
民宿很干净，还有饮水机供应。
