The service is excellent, and the most important thing is that it is both clean and comfortable. During my recent trip to mainland China, I decided to stay at Atour Hotel due to my admiration for it.

I have stayed in the worst Atour, and there is no hotel worse than this experience. Seriously suspect that this is a fake Atour. Stayed in the hotel for two days, found cigarette butts in the room at 6 pm and spiders on the pillow. After going downstairs to give feedback to the front desk, go out to eat. When I returned to the room at 11 o'clock in the evening, the cigarette butts were still there, and the sanitation was not cleaned. It stands to reason that no matter how many days I live, the room should be cleaned every day. There was a thick layer of dust on the bedside table. It was clearly not cleaned. I went downstairs and gave feedback to the front desk again, and there was no comment. In short, it was terrible. I don't recommend everyone to stay in this Atour, it should be the worst service and sanitation in the country.

Isn't the hotel service 24 hours a day? The room is dirty and I want to clean it, saying that the waiter is off work, so I can only ask the waiter to clean the things delivered by me. The cotton fabrics delivered by the waiter are still dirty. . . Speechless =_=

Quite satisfactory, not very close to the subway, but not too far from other attractions, the service environment is average, but the cleaning lady is really there, asked for two more bottles of mineral water and got a big row, thumbs up👍
