It was great and the customer service was amazing and efficient! Would stay again! Metro isn’t very close but ride hailing and takeout was easy.

The Kyung-yi Hotel is overpriced and has a poor attitude
This time back in Beijing to stay at the Kyodo Hotel. This hotel is located just outside the North Sanyuan and, to be honest, its price is high, including its breakfast price. Worse was my experience one day when we found water on the toilet floor and had penetrated under the carpet in the living room, ran to open the door for their repairman with slippers that stepped on the wet carpet, and I fell and bruised my knee. The people they came to tossed from dinner until the middle of the night and didn't look for the source of the leak, then they asked us to move now to a room on another floor. We were so sleepy at the time, and since we had been in that room for more than ten days, and the contents of our luggage scattered throughout the room, moving to another room would take a lot of time and effort, we repeatedly begged if we could just go to bed with important things and move tomorrow, but they simply refused. We had to move overnight and fell asleep late again because of the emotional impact. Even worse, when we subsequently complained to the hotel, they said that the leak was caused by us throwing toilet paper (that's what wipes our ass on) into the toilet. Because they found toilet paper deep in the toilet drain, they had to ask the authorities to do tests to confirm that it was thrown in. By the way, the toilet flush is still fine all the time.

The hotel is located within one kilometres of a metro station but far away from major roads. The rooms are in decent sizes. The decoration is dated. In some rooms you can smell cigarate smoke even though they were 'treated'.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed for this price. May be for tourism is not a classic or ideal location but for business this is the best thing.

We are located in central Haidian District, Zhongguancun, next to the Madrid Metro Line 10 and Line 13, around the food shopping street, Gu Li Store, wumart store and Gome Electronics, as well as other major retail chains, you can buy and eat. There are also several gyms within 500 metres of the hotel.
