Shocking bad hotel!
On getting served finally and being allocated my room I made my way up to the 29th floor. Exiting the lift. the floor smelt very badly of cigarette smoke, on entering my room it was even worse and I felt so sick I didn’t even enter the room and made my way back downstairs to ask for another room, assuming there must be some Non-smoking rooms. On getting served again this time I was allocated a room on 33rd floor, on exiting the lift there was still a faint smell of cigarettes, and the same in the room! Unusually the room had an openable window which I used before heading out of the hotel for some dinner. When I returned the room was a little better but now cold. I took a quick shower to warm up, next issue was the soap and shampoo dispensers that didn’t work.
On deciding to then make a warm drink to snuggle up in bed I then found no spoons to still the drink, it couldn’t get much worse surely…… setting my alarm for the early start and figuring out how to switch off all the lights I must’ve fallen asleep quickly.
Slightly concerned that there was daylight entering my room I woke to find I’d slept in, the charging port for my phone clearly stopped when the lights were turned off so I had a dead phone and had less than 5 minutes to pack and meet my taxi for the early train trust had been pre-booked for me.
Shockingly terrible hotel but I guess the price could maybe have been a giveaway. I will be advising my company to not use this hotel for those visiting this region.

the starbucks inside the Hotel is superb. great deco.
hotel is right next to a modern mall which has lots of shopping and eating .
