Rating: 1/5 - Unacceptable in an emergency
We arrived at the hotel almost at midnight after 20 hours of travel. We had an emergency: one of the guests had lost their passport, so we were unable to check in.
The person who made the reservation DID have all their documents. We only asked for the basic courtesy of storing our luggage while we went to file a police report.
The receptionist’s response was a flat refusal. Zero cooperation, zero empathy, zero judgment. She left us on the street at 12 a.m. with our luggage, in a foreign country and in the middle of a crisis.
Fortunately, another employee did have common sense and allowed us to store the luggage. This proves the issue was not "hotel policy", but the lack of humanity and training of the person at reception.
A hotel should be supportive when guests need it most. This reception failed at the most basic level. I cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

The room is very clean and neat. Great work by the housekeeping team. Staff is friendly and helpful too. No regrets choosing this for our 5 nights stay!

Overall a decent hotel for the price however the front desk team could use more training. While we were checking in, the person who helped us had to sneeze and she used her hand to cover her mouth. There was no wiping or hand washing.. she just took our passports and continued her work! It was quite gross!
