服务： 服务员要求非入住人员不许上楼 上楼需要登记 给身份证照片还不行 必须要原件 我就帮人送个行李 没听说哪个酒店登记访客必须原件啊 大半夜的 为难我呢？ 一大帮人交接班在那聊天 根本不愿意搭理人 你就看这个表情 像不像家有啥事儿吧

老牌酒店，位置优越，办事方便，管理规范，服务热情，十几年来始终如一，来航天桥出差住宿首。建议恢复早餐就更好了！

前台态度极差，入住时候带的行李多，朋友要帮忙进房间送一下，前台一男的说上楼要登记身份证，朋友没带，人家说没带不能进，我说就进去帮着送个行李，人家说谁都不行，那态度嚣张的要死，不让就不让好好说话都不会吗？还说公安局的规定，怎么怎么滴。不让朋友进你们派个人帮个忙也行啊，都看着连句好话都没有，要不是国庆期间酒店不好预订，早就走了，谁爱住你这儿似的，再也不来了。

房间很矮很小，很奇怪也没有浴袍。设施比较老旧。只是位置比较好。

非常抱歉此次入住未能给您带来良好的体验。大厦房间层高为2.6米，标准大床房面积为25平米，双床房面积为30平米。酒店客房中心有浴袍可以提供给客人，但由于我们工作不够细致没有让您及时获知以上信息，对此向您致以深深的歉意！
