We are very pleased staying in this hotel. Everything was perfect and they had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and they were super nice to the guests. We highly recommend this hotel if you are going to visit Beijing. ♥️

Disappointing experience in a great location

While the design of the rooms is beautiful, with a great layout, the cleanliness and upkeep is questionable, as is the service and responsiveness to feedback. We stayed here several times over the past year, as it is near the facility we need to visit regularly. We have never been recognized as repeat guests, and no one ever asked how our stay was. The rooms are very dusty, with stains everywhere, and towels that should have been phased out long time ago. On one occasion we had a room with an electronically adjustable bed, which we really enjoyed. There is no mention of these beds on the website so I was unable to book it again and the last visit we had a normal non-adjustable bed. Food quality is generally good, but the room service QR code is useless as it doesn’t allow you to actually order. There is one dish on this menu that is never available (pork noodles). We informed the team about this months ago but it has yet to be resolved. The hotel, and the brand, was originally positioned as luxury, but it feels like they have given up on living up to that image. We really want to love this hotel as the location is great, but unless these service and cleanliness issues are addressed we will book our accommodations a little further away.

Regarding the adjustable bed you enjoyed: these are only available on only a
limited number of floors as a complimentary amenity. Instead, we kindly ask that you note this preference at the time of booking, and we will do our utmost to reserve a room with an adjustable bed for you.
Meanwhile, we are urgently fixing the room service QR code, while also improving our housekeeping standards and repeat guest recognition.

Great location, quiet, but easy to get around the city and still close to food and malls, but calmer area. Comfortable room and facilities. Super helpful staff! Would stay again!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff are great and the pool was lovely. The room was so clean and the view was amazing. The bathroom was gorgeous as well. Highly recommend this hotel

10/10. I ended up booking another night for my route back home. Room was very clean, staff friendly, hot tub warm and the pool was lovely to swim some laps. I ordered room service as well and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it and will keep this hotel as a place to go whenever I am in Beijing. The hotel exceeded the photos, beautiful interior.
