Great stay right downtown Beijing.
Walking distance to Pedestrian Wangfujing street and Forbidden city..
Breakfast was excellent with great options and good coffee.
Room was big and spacious with the gorgeous city view.
Would stay there again on my next trip :)

Free Beijing handicraft workshop
This is my second visit to Beijing. Both visits, I stayed at Peace Hotel. This hotel is right in the downtown area, very convenient for shopping and transit . This visit, I booked Peace Hotel through Trip.com and the hotel gave me a free handicraft workshop coupon. I decided to enroll and made myself a customize broach with the choice of colours of my liking. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Beijing has so much culture, their artwork and handicraft are so colorful and beautiful. I am glad I get to create this, it will sit in my glass display case when I return home.

Excellent location and staff were great. Jack and Gary in particular were very helpful. We stayed on the top floor (kids in one suit, wife annd I in annother) and just happened it was on the same floor as the executive lounge. There we were looked after for both breakfast and dinner without spending extra. Our rooms were very spacious and each had a sitting room. Our room in particular had 2 toilets. Excellent view of Beijing from our room. Will stay again!

It's useless, save yourself the anger.
Terrible, old, very dirty hotel. They changed my room three times; the air conditioning never worked, the rooms were very hot, with a lingering smell of cigarettes, and one of the rooms smelled like sewage. If you don't want to get angry, avoid this hotel; you will die of heat with a lingering smell of cigarettes.
