The overall accommodation in the villa area ordered during the Chinese New Year is extremely poor. First of all, the various facilities are very old, and the room is generally cold. The central air conditioner cannot be used and blows cold air. The air conditioner and heating provided in the room cannot be turned on at all. 2. The overall room is not tidy. The bath towels, bed sheets, and bedding provided are stained and damaged. 3 In particular, the bathing in the villa area is said to be brought from the hot spring, so every time you have to wait for a long time, the water may be hot, or it may not be hot all the time. I asked the front desk to deal with it, and it was hot in the morning. Cold water at night. I only took a bath once in 4 days, and I still washed it in the hot spring pool in the house. 4. In particular, the room with tatami mats is exposed to the wind. Even if the staff is blocked, there is still wind. Parents with children must consider other room types. This accommodation experience was so disappointing, if it wasn't for the Chinese New Year, I would really complain to them. Because I have 3 children, I still forbear it. Very poor service, very poor breakfast
