A welcoming and peaceful place

We visited China last June, arriving in Beijing, and we stayed at the Stey-Wangfujing for four nights. The people who work there couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. All of the staff there were increadibly welcoming.
I had a great experience of Beijing and my overwhelming memory is one of friendliness. It was great to return here every evening and completely chill in the communal living space with a great coffee machine and a fridge with cold drinks. There’s also a kitchen area where you can cook a meal if you like and a nice table to sit at. We had a really nice time here and thank you for welcoming us.

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The location is good with a short walk to the Wangfujing walking street. The features of the room can be controlled via a smartphone. I would definitely recommend and i would stay there again. Great value for the money.

The Hotels lobby basically feels like a Living Room , couch , big screen TV , books etc . Free laundry which seems standard at most budget and midrange hotels . Staff can speak basic English and are awesome. You’re a 10 minute walk to Walking Street , Apple Store etc . Subway is a 5 minute walk . Rooms are a good size . Only complaint is the A/C which is pathetic, but alas this is common as they set it to Saver Mode , you think you’re in control by turning down temperature in room. I moved to another Hotel and had same issue. All good 👍

Great hotel in great location.

This is a brilliant wee hotel, located close to many nearby tourist attractions, so easy to walk to. The hotel is clean, very well run by great staff who speak good English and are eager to help. The shared kitchen is spotless, cleaned throughout the day and a great place to sit and chill. The laundry facilities are great but prepare for a queue for the dryer. It works very well though but we found guests would use it mostly at night time. This is a great place to stay, so reasonable priced, comfortable and clean. Nice wee restaurants around the area, Chinese and Italian and the burger place at the end of the lane is worth a visit.
