这次入住整体感受有亮点也有不足。
亮点
酒店的装修风格很戳我！房间设计现代又不失温馨，色彩搭配和谐，公共区域的霓虹灯元素和复古物件装饰超有特色，拍照很出片，能看出在设计上花了心思，审美在线。
槽点
1. 设施配备：卫生间居然没配备洗手液，洗手时很不方便，这属于基础用品，不该缺失。
2. 智能体验：智能语音助手反应迟钝，指令经常识别错误，根本没起到便捷作用，还不如手动操作，希望能优化系统或干脆进行升级。
3. 宣传不符：电梯外标识有游戏室，本想着闲暇时去放松一下，结果根本没找到，这种宣传与实际不符的情况挺让人失望，容易给客人造成心理落差。
希望酒店能够重视这些问题并加以改进，提升客人的入住体验。

这次入住北京丽泽商务区原拓酒店，前台服务直接拉高了整体体验分！抵达时正值高峰期，但工作人员始终保持微笑，办理入住高效利落，还主动介绍酒店设施、周边交通和热门打卡地，细致程度令人惊喜。中途遇到行李搬运难题，前台小哥二话不说帮忙送到房间，临走时还不忘提醒我晚间有免费茶歇。退房时，工作人员提前核对账单，全程礼貌又专业，还贴心询问入住感受，主动赠送了小礼品。从前台就能感受到酒店对服务品质的用心，细节之处尽显专业与温度，下次来丽泽一定还选这里！

设施：设施完整，先进，房间都是智能化，房间有小冰箱，很方便的卫生：无论是大堂还是房间卫生都很干净 服务：前台服务超级好，见到我们热情打招呼 整体来说非常舒服，很推荐！
