The room was very nice and clean and property was amazing. So many beautiful animals to see and lovely to take a leisurely stroll. The staff was very friendly and there was a variety of delicious food for breakfast.

A peaceful green retreat with animals, forest and hot springs – in the heart of Beijing

I recently stayed at ZHI Resort in Beijing and was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful and nature-filled it is — right in the center of the city!
The resort is surrounded by lush greenery and even has its own forest and several large ponds. The views are absolutely beautiful and very calming perfect if you need a break from the city noise.
One of the most unique features is the mini-zoo on-site. You’ll find capybaras, alpacas, deer, monkeys, peacocks, and a wide variety of birds, including parrots and doves. It’s an ideal spot for families with kids — lots to see and explore!
The resort also offers natural hot springs and a large, beautiful swimming pool. There’s a nice restaurant that bakes its own bread (which was delicious!), and both breakfast and dinner are served in cozy, well-designed dining spaces.
I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking to unwind in nature — without leaving Beijing.

A beautiful hotel, with wonderful wildlife and animals everywhere. The Japanese style room was just breathtaking with the private hot spring. The food was incredible and Chef Kevin in the Western restaurant spoke great English and could cater to allergies.

The suite was two rooms connected to each other. The bed size and bathrooms were perfect for families. The overall was very relaxing and we enjoyed seeing the Lammas feeding on grass and the peacock. Great location and relaxing place to winddown with elderlys and children.

Very good hotel, I take my family to stay here every year, and feel at home every time. The ecological environment around the hotel is very good, and there are all kinds of animals that children like. The hotel staff is very friendly. One night, a child with gastroenteritis ordered medicine online. Ms. Zhang Nan and other hotel colleagues drove to pick it up in the middle of the night and delivered it to the room. They also thoughtfully gave honey water. Every time I go, they will make tea and coffee, like family, very warm, thanks to the hotel staff. Great hotel!
