房间干净，工作人员服务态度很好，楼下吃的很多，淮南牛肉汤味道不错，酒店早餐品种多，房间很多细节设计很好，比如中央空调上面的挂钩和房间内的牙线和耳塞，值得推荐

首先房间卫生真的很差，一进房间味道特别大，换了房间后还是有味道，看了三个都有味道，，沙发座椅都不干净，烧水壶下面都是水，杯子也很脏，洗手间地上一片黏黏的不知道什么东西，还有升级房间权益，根本没有升级，房间和订的图片设施都一样，问前台客服一直说自动升级了，最后含糊其辞说房间大小不一样，那你没升级前是什么房型呢？也没有看到啊，而且格局沙发做椅设施跟订的一模一样怎么可能还能再小，没有非要升级，本来就是想着没有房间就算了，可以不升级，但是很讨厌这样忽悠人的做法。体验非常不好，主要卫生太差，味道太大了。

非常抱歉给您带来了如此糟糕的入住体验，我们深感愧疚，我们家优享大和高级大床单设施配备都是一样的，所以两种房型图片中设施会一样，优享大床面积偏小，靠近电梯口，关于房间卫生，我们会立刻安排专人对所有房间进行深度清洁和除味处理，包括沙发座椅的清洁、烧水壶和杯子的彻底清洗消毒，以及洗手间。地面的全面清洁。对于您提到的卫生死角，我们会加强管理和监督，确保不再出现类似情况。在升级房间权益方面，我们会对前台工作人员进行培训，规范操作流程和沟通话术，避免出现误导客人的情况。

因为怕卷纸不够用我还自己带了卷纸，但是，放洗手台第二天还被打扫卫生的阿姨拿走了，虽然她也给我们换了新的，但是为啥拿走我自己带的，我自己带的肯定比酒店的要好要大的。
