The hotel is very new and clean, built in the winery, the experience is good, it is a bit far from Bo Lake, we drove 2 hours from the hotel to the Bosten Lake Golden Beach Scenic Area, you can choose if you have requirements for room accommodation, it is worth it Recommended😊

I was planning to live in Yanqi County, but I accidentally saw this newly opened hotel on Ctrip. Seeing that the introduction was good and the price was good, I ran away excitedly. As a result, as soon as I entered the door of the hotel, I saw a mess, there was no greenery, and there was dust everywhere. After moving in, the children went to the toilet, but it was still blocked. Reacted to the front desk, the attitude was good and we changed our room. The really bad thing is: there are no other restaurants nearby, we chose to eat in the hotel restaurant, the restaurant flies everywhere, we also made comments at the time. Take the initiative to give us a small discount at the checkout. Unexpectedly, in the middle of the night, the child's father started desperately having diarrhea, and the child began to vomit. It should be noted that after lunch at one o'clock noon that day, we have not eaten anything except the food in their restaurant. I thought that this kind of thing happened and everyone didn't want it. When I checked in, the attitude of the hotel staff was pretty good, so I didn't pursue it, just talked to the front desk. The child’s father took six or seven times, and when he felt better, he took a bath and went to eat breakfast. Because the child was tired of vomiting and fell asleep, I wanted to ask the waiter to bring a box to decorate the porridge back to the room, so that she would wake up and cushion her. Stomach, after all, in this situation, I don't dare to eat indiscriminately. As a result, the waiter immediately said: No! I also explained that there are special circumstances, but she replied with a strong face: I already know your situation! What a big joke! Just forget it if you don’t know, if you don’t take the initiative to come to us to understand the situation, you still have this attitude! ? ? When we said that too many flies in the restaurant affect hygiene, she actually said: Have you seen any flies in your dishes? Directly speechless. We drove as we ate, didn’t you see? I wanted to complain to Ctrip. Later, a lady named Zhang Xiaoyu came to us to find out the situation. She was more positive and asked if we should go to the hospital, which made me feel better. Because the next itinerary has been arranged, it seems that the father and daughter are not able to survive, we choose not to trouble, and continue on our way. Ms. Zhang refunded our room fee (the meal fee was not refunded, and we didn't care about the money), and then asked about the child's situation on WeChat, which calmed my anger a bit. Hotel is a service industry, service attitude is especially important. You can't escape and shirk when you encounter problems, but actively solve them. If the hotel can strengthen staff training, improve quality, optimize the environment and hygiene, I believe business will get better and better. After all, Xinjiang is a good place with an endless stream of tourists, and word of mouth is really important.
