Great hotel with good sleep quality

The hotel exceeded expectations. As I expected, there were excellent breakfasts - 7 types of greens, 8 types of ice cream, 2 types of cheese (which is rare in China), a separate low fat table. Nice fitness center with a clean 25 meter pool. Sauna is available upon request. Comfortable mattresses, and especially pillows - one of them is low with an orthopedic effect. I was glad that the windows opened. The only drawback is the lack of a non-smoking floor. I really requested a room either on the non-smoking floor or on the women's floor - the hotel website stated their availability. But we were given a room on the 25th floor, even with a beautiful view, but we had to live surrounded by smoking male neighbors, who also ventilated their rooms by opening the door to the corridor, and the smell penetrated into our room. There are few English-speaking staff at the reception; I only saw one girl during the day. On the plus side, when I made a purchase in the hotel store and had to wait, for the inconvenience we were given slippers (not the free ones) and delivered by robot to our room. It’s a small thing, but it’s nice) And on the last day we left before breakfast, in the restaurant we were given the opportunity to put pastries, fruits and yoghurts - they gave us bags. Although containers would have been more convenient, that was also a good idea. The hotel is located 50 meters from the main road, so it is quiet. If I come to Changchun again, I will choose the same hotel.

Excellent hotel on luxury level

Located near the city center, this hotel is a very good choice, modern and in very good shape.
Suites are equipped according to highest standards and on an exceptional quality level.
Internet is complementary but very slow.

I was made to feel so welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. The service was excellent throughout my stay. I would certainly like to go back. All the staff were so kind and friendly at all times.

The hotel is very good. The service is great, rooms are good, restaurants are good, fitness club is good for a hotel and the location is good for the activities I wanted to do. Overall a very good hotel to stay
