The hotel service is excellent, they upgraded my room to the biggest for free for my remaining stay of 5 days when the original room i check in had Aircon issue. They also help me book the cab here as i dont have the grab. The best part is they still refund me the balance in full when i check out earlier 2 days to go the 张家界。 The receptionist who attend to me is 陈庆。She update me of the changes all the time. Would strongly recommend my friends to come here to stay when they visit Changsha

The service is really great. The reception desk is kind. Breakfast is good. They proactively indicated that I can have a late checkout when I asked about checkout time.

[双手合十]房间设施:房间布置很合理，有小度智能语音屏，小冰箱(冰箱里还有冰矿泉水和可乐)，厕所里有晾衣绳，窗帘遮光效果贼好！小晨帮忙安排升级了房间，很好的服务进出都问好，服务不错，要啥都尽量满足！ [面包]早餐:光顾着吃忘记拍照了，餐厅就在进门的大厅，今天早上一看，有个隐藏式的厨房，帘子打开后，可以点粉面，自己加牛腩和卤，牛腩味道不错，还可以加对面的卤肉、海带和煎蛋，再来点水果(有红色火龙果，哈密瓜，西瓜，香梨，小番茄，香蕉)，再来杯现磨咖啡，唤醒一整天位置交通:在天心阁旁边，离黄兴路步行街步行1.3公里，出行方便，附近800有推荐的笨萝卜，步行几百米就能到

这次入住的酒店很满意！前台佳慧小姐姐帮忙升级了高楼层房间，房间打扫得干净整洁，卫生间没有异味，床品柔软适中，环境很舒适，布局合理，还有隅田川咖啡，周边也有一些餐馆味道也不错，酒店的早餐厅品种也很多，还有现做米粉米线这些，楼上有免费洗衣房和健身房，无论是商务出行还是旅游度假，这家酒店都很值得推荐，下次有机会还会再来体验！
