房间设施设备都很齐全，卫生也做得很好，位置优越，办理入住前台都很热情，还给免费升级了房型，特别是空调出风口不是对到床头吹，其他设施设备设计得都很人性化，非常推荐大家来住!

尊敬的顾客您好！首先给您带来不好的体验感，我很抱歉。对于您说的我们给您安排在角落里，请允许我跟您解释一下，我们酒店客房多，是我们的优势，每一层楼都分布有不同的房型。相同房型都集中在一个位置。每一间房都是干净、整洁、舒适的。房间通透敞亮、阳光满溢。全部都是好房型。对于您提到的挂断电话，我已向我当班同事，了解当时情况。并没有挂断您的电话。我们前台有两台座机，一台是内线，一台是外线，刚好跟您通话的时候，另外一台座机也响了，我们有服务标准，电话铃响三声或十秒内必须接听电话，当时是两台座机都在同时接，您就误以为我们挂断了您的电话。我们深知差评带来的影响，但我们更懂得如何通过真诚的回应，来挽回客户的信赖和好感！我们酒店一直以诚信和服务赢得顾客朋友的信赖!谢谢您的光临，航民雅致酒店祝您生活愉快，家庭幸福美满，万事顺意！
