Excellent hotel with very great staff. Always willing to help and go a step further to make our stay memorable. Very clean as well. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, but make it up with the mall next door

A stone throw away from Taksin Mall. Good hotel but smokers are allowed on lift corridors which is not ideal for non-smoker. Indoor swimming pool, gym and lockers facilities are top-notch. Breakfast is delicious with many options.

A friend came to Changsha to play, and chose Wyndham West Asia without hesitation. I have stayed at Wyndham West many times, and the check-in experience is very nice. Jenny is very caring and enthusiastic from booking, arranging the room to checking out. I like this kind of service The hotel with a good attitude is at least worth the money. The surrounding environment is nothing to say. There is a supper street behind. There are all kinds of food in Changsha. The room is arranged on a high floor. It is very comfortable to live in. It is clean and tidy. There are also restaurants on the top floor swimming pool
