房间布局合理宽敞整洁。餐厅美食味道很好。总台服务人员餐厅服务人员保洁员保安人员热情文明。在房间可以直接可以看到很美的湖景。在房间凉台上放眼望去，东安湖体育公园尽收眼底，美不胜收。！

去龙泉办事，就订了这家酒店。到酒店下车之后，正下着大雨，去前台要自己拖着行礼步行一段时间才能到大堂。酒店门童不主动说话，更不主动服务。我问：大堂在哪里，他回：大堂往里走。然后就什么都没有了。
帮我办理入住的美女，服务很好，值得肯定。房间很干静，打电话需要什么，反应速度很快。餐厅服务也很好，早餐味道不错。
退房赶早班飞机，还特意准备了简单的早餐。
酒店临湖，周围环境很好，适合锻炼，散步，养心。酒店内有东安阁，进去转了转，收拾的很干静，能量场很足。
周围没什么美食，要打车去城里。
下次还会入住，值得推荐！

酒店环境很好，复古风格，拍照很出片儿。但需要改进的是早餐和设施，早餐真的配不上这里的调性，更配不上五星级酒店的标准，种类少，菜品质量也十分堪忧，蔬菜都洗不净，菜叶上还沾着泥，这种对于食品卫生的把控实在是不敢恭维，菜的味道也很普通。桌子不但是坏的，而且是坏得都烂掉了，酒店平时不会对设施进行检修？看不见桌子已经坏成这样了吗？动辄一两千，两三千的房费，难道换个桌子的成本都不愿意投入？

酒店有多好看图看图 听许嵩演唱会订的 酒店是园林风 有很美很美 就在东安湖边 距离场馆近 还有演唱会的接送服务（图十一）早餐业很丰富 出乎意料的好
