A very nice hotel. They provide a good breakfast and rooms are spacious and quite modern. Xiao Tong (Tokk) was very nice at the front desk. Also Grace (Wang) the auntie was very kind and always made us feel comfortable.

She’s like a working mom, she takes care of hundreds and thousands of customers everyday. Her work is cumbersome and she can’t handle simple and straight forward requests even if u put in one month notice to her.
Due to her commitment, she can’t pay much attention to her house chores, hence the rooms are tidied but it has lost its former glory. Hope she can make time to doll up herself a little.
Though she’s not perfect, she keeps up her responsibility, she fed her customers well, the buffet spread is decent.
Human traffic is v high here, and the lift service is v slow, so one has to buffer enough time for ur travel.
And so her name is Tina. Through it’s not entirely pleasant, I’ll still come back again if needed for it’s location.

Very good location for people who wish to shop at Chun Xi road. Breakfast varieties was rather poor catering mainly to Chinese taste. If you are a foreigner, might not suit your taste. Room is also very small. Counter staff provide good service.

Pleasant stay with family. Book 4 rooms but 2 rooms at the other side and we no longer able to change in Trip.com anymore. Lily was able to help and provide professional assistance to sort this out for us so that our senior parents can stay at same floor with us. Big room and quite comfortable.

The staff at Hampton by Hilton provided excellent service throughout our stay. In particular, Mr. Sky Yie, was truly commendable for his exceptional personal service. His warm, attentive and thoughtful approach has made our stay truly pleasant.
