Very good. Family room is big. The free breakfast is really good, coffee, milk, Chinese food such porridge, noodles and western style food, bacons etc.

The hotel is located within walking distance to the People's Park, Kuanzhai Alley, and Metro (the People's Park and Tianfu Square). Right behind the hotel, there are convenience stores, fruit stores, restaurants, and some souvenir stores. Very friendly staff. Checked in at 2 am and the staff was still looking fresh. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience staying at the Holiday Inn Express Chengdu Tianfu Square from April 4 to April 6, 2025. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the vibrant Kuanzhai Alley and other attractions in Chengdu. The metro station, located just 500 meters away, was an added convenience, though we primarily opted for Didi taxi service during our visit to Chengdu.
The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with any requests.
The breakfast offered a decent variety of options, with both local and international choices. It was a great way to start our day, and the quality of the food was quite satisfying.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chengdu. The combination of excellent staff service and a convenient location made our stay memorable. We look forward to returning in the future!

Room is super huge, as it is a minimalist hotel. Location of room assigned on first night was bad, very noisy with vehicles passing till morning, could not sleep. Requested a quieter facing room for my next stay, not that bad then, face some eateries. Breakfast spread is great, many choices local fare, warm drinks, suit me a lot. Location wise, need to walk quite a bit to shopping mall for meals.
