Good hotel

It's in a convenient place to do anything.
I stayed in the cheapest room, but it was big enough and clean enough.
The hotel staff were kind and asked me a lot of questions about tourism, but they were patient and didn't bother me. Thank God.

Their AC system doesn't work

From the moment we got here the room was hot at 25 degrees Celsius. We complained about the AC not working and they said it only works when set at 27 degrees Celsius. How is that AC? It was 23 degrees Celsius outside and we're all sick not probably from sleeping in a boiling hot room and waking up sweating throughout the nice and all they're doing is bringing up fans with dirty filters. We have complained so many times and they won't fix the air so I can't wait to leave this hotel in a few days because I'd rather be sleeping in the temperature outside. The rooms are like a sauna and keep getting hotter everyday. Today the room was 28 degrees Celsius. We are from the tropics and we don't sleep in 28 degrees of heat.

Excellent Customer Service

We had a great experience with Jinjiang hotel during our stay on May 10, 2025. The front desk staff, Li Yue and Ora Fu, provided us with excellent customer service. On May 11th the hotel called a taxi for my daughter and I, knowing that we were leaving in a hurry. We arrived at the High-Speed Rail station only for my daughter to realize she had forgotten her contact lenses at the hotel. Since my phone did not work in China, we had to hurry back to the hotel. After hearing of the incident, Ora Immediately contacted the related personnel to locate the contacts. In the meantime, Li informed me that I had forgotten my backpack in the taxi we took earlier, and the driver had contacted the hotel. We left in such a rush that I was not even aware that I had left my backpack behind. He then coordinated with the taxi driver to quickly deliver it back to the hotel, so we could receive it while we were picking up the contacts. Within half an hour, both my daughter and I happily got our lost items back thanks to their assistance. I highly recommend this hotel; the staff truly go above and beyond!

Wonderful experience

Stayed at the Jinjian Hotel for 4 nights on June 2024. It was a wonderful experience - the place, the service, the breakfast... everything was great
It was near the metro station, making it easier to move around the city.
Highly recommend for wonderful stay.

One of the best hotels in Chengdu. Best price, best service, best location, most convenience to almost everywhere in Chengdu and to trains and airports.  It’s in the center of the city….close to busiest and most popular shopping areas!
