Clean rooms , upscale property 20 minutes drive to centre . Breakfast is good . Helpful staff not sure what else to say about- I recommend

Great place only disappointment was the lack of an in house spa / massage . We looked for it and it looked abandoned? Clean hotel and upscale , helpful staff . Ensure you have WeChat because otherwise you can’t order easily food . A 20 minute ride to the city centre and 40 to the Airport . We recommend

Kempinski Check-in Experience in Chengdu

The stay was good, there was a little panda ip attraction in the lobby, there were six lifts that didn't have to wait long at all, the room was clean and tidy, the shower and toilet were separate and convenient. The beds are soft and the rooms are cleaned every day.

Luxury in the heart of chengdu

had a fantastic stay at Kempinski Chengdu!
The hotel's luxurious rooms, excellent service, and top-notch facilities made my visit unforgettable. the location was perfect for exploring the city.
The breakfast buffet was so so buy its ok with a wide range of delicious options.
Highly recommend Kempinski Chengdu for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in China!
