An Exceptional Stay at The St. Regis Chengdu

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at The St. Regis Chengdu. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely excellent and exceeded my expectations in every way.
The room was beautifully designed and thoughtfully prepared, with impressive attention to detail. Every element—from the comfort of the bed to the elegant décor and amenities—reflected the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest comfort. It felt luxurious yet warm and welcoming at the same time.
A special thank you to the butler, Jerry, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a real difference. He was always ready to assist with a smile and ensured everything was perfectly arranged for us. His outstanding service truly elevated our experience.
I highly recommend The St. Regis Chengdu to anyone looking for a refined and memorable stay. I will definitely return on my next visit to Chengdu!

Regis Hotel Chengdu

The service and hardware are superb! 24-hour butler service meticulous, turndown service warm; room space is wide, floor-to-ceiling windows excellent city view; breakfast is abundant, the pool clean, a well-deserved choice of city top luxury!

A hotel worth staying in again

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre business district, easy to travel. The hotel staff were polite and welcoming, especially the butler service was thoughtful, inviting to the night ritual - saber-slicing champagne, also with snacks. I'm very happy with the onboarding experience and will choose here again next time.

Chengdu Regis is amazing.

Very satisfied with the experience. Reggie's signature afternoon tea is exquisite and flaky, so you can sit around with your friends all afternoon. The room was very clean and comfortable. The butler service was responsive and quick, whether delivering coffee or ironing clothes. The heated pool is not very crowded, go for a hot tub after swimming and it's very decompressing. Next time you come to Chengdu, you'll choose Regis!
