The fitness center is not up and going on two years and they say it will be done. But it is not. That is the only down fall, and I have been there twice

之前住过voco酒店，印象很好，这次来成都，也选择了voco，但很失望。大堂富丽堂皇，也就这点可以拿的出手，房间内部设施配不上携程五钻，2026年新开的酒店，马桶配的还不是智能，感觉是拿旧酒店改造的，房间不清爽，窗外也是不堪。送的迷你吧，里面的一瓶饮料还有两个月就过期了。预订时提的需要安静非角落房间，入住当天专门吃过饭下午三点去办手续，结果说是还没有合适的房间收拾出来，让我们理解五一人多，想不明白12点退房，三点还收拾不出来，对自己对客人是双标吗？还是携程给力，投诉后及时解决问题，对携程是满意的，希望酒店好好改进。

新开的酒店，服务设施都很新，开业时间不长也没任何装修异味，
关键位置是真方便，旁边就是保利时光里商场，周边餐饮也很多。早餐在顶层22楼视野无敌，还有烟熏三文鱼，而且哪怕是煮个面都有五六个口味，很少有酒店这么齐。
房间也是很大，带落地窗和浴缸，隔音效果也很好👍健身房很大，器材多，居然还有划船机。

酒店外观大气，大堂漂亮、悠闲，旁边就是地下停车场入口，有专属停车位，自驾方便，房间干净整洁，设施齐全，服务贴心。周边环境也挺好，附近几百米就是保利时光里商圈，离环球中心也不远，逛吃都很方便，一次很好的入住体验。
