The room itself is spacious, clean, and comes with essential amenities like slippers. We had two single beds, each 1.2 meters wide, which felt surprisingly roomy. At only SGD $33 a night, it’s a great deal.
The bathroom is spotless, with a large shower area and even a toilet with a heating function, allowing you to set the seat temperature just right — not too hot or cold.
Another big plus is the hotel’s location — it’s right next to an MRT station, making it super convenient. They also allowed me to deliver packages I ordered online to the hotel, which they held for me. Just a heads-up: one of my packages was mistakenly delivered to a nearby building, but it was easily resolved with help from the hotel security.
There's also complimentary coffee available in the room, which is a nice touch. I didn’t try the breakfast option, so I can’t comment on that, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Hotel's location is spot on with just next to Huapaifang metro station if you are doing lots of shopping till late. The hotel room is spotless with the best bed mattres ever. Every staff is so helpful and friendly. The only downside is it might be abit noisy if you are overly sensitive with noise. I have gone back staying in this hotel twice so highly recommended.

The hotel owner was exceptionally kind in helping me to order a cell battery via 美团 without me going around searching. She even lent me a miniature screw driver tool from her staff to replace the battery of my Selfie stick.
My breakfast experience was greeted by a very friendly chef and waitress always ensuring we are well taken care of..
The hotel room is carefully designed with exquisite wooden crafted furniture with a Zen theme.
In addition, they have a free good laundry service 24/7 access.
The location of the hotel is so convenient just 60 meters from Huapaifang station.花牌坊地铁站。
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone with my excellent stay.

What really stood out this time was how flexible and accommodating the hotel staff were. On the first night, we experienced a minor issue with water seepage in the bathroom. The hotel responded quickly and efficiently by changing our room the next day without any hassle. That level of service set the tone for the rest of our stay.
Throughout the stay, the staff were consistently helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. We had a delivery that was mistakenly sent to the wrong location, and the staff immediately helped us contact the courier, traced the correct address, and ensured it was successfully delivered the next day. Their willingness to assist in every situation made a big difference.
The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping that kept everything fresh. The mattress was extremely comfortable – I even asked for the brand so I could buy one for home (though they weren’t able to share the model). The hairdryer was powerful, and they thoughtfully provided daily coffee and tea in the room.
What makes this hotel extra special is its smart technology. Every room is equipped with an AI assistant (like Alexa) that can control the air-conditioning, open/close the curtains, set alarms, and provide weather updates – a very convenient touch that enhanced the overall experience. They even have a robot that delivers your food if you order in!
Another thoughtful touch was how the staff helped collect my deliveries before I could pick them up – something that many hotels don’t offer.
Overall, this hotel continues to impress me with its combination of excellent service, clean and smart facilities, and great value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it and will definitely return again.
