The service is the biggest highlight of the entire check-in process to departure. This is the small garden in my heart, a quiet and private space. It rains and it rains and it rains again. The business of the inn is currently very poor. When we checked in, we didn't see the second one except for one of us! It's a long drive from the ancient city of Dali, and then you have to take a bumpy mountain road to get there! When we checked in, the service attitude of the boss was very poor. When I saw a group of people from a photography company taking pictures and making noise in front of the room we were going to check in, I hoped that they would leave as soon as possible and not affect our rest. The boss even shouted: We are If you are not satisfied with this condition, the money will be refunded to you, and you will get out of here immediately! We feel so outraged! Finally, under the mediation of other service staff, we finally checked in! But found that although the price of the room is high, there are many problems in the room, which is not worthy of the name! 1 It feels very cramped, it is designed with a guest room and a rest room next to it, but both are very small, making it very inconvenient to sleep and rest during the day! 2 There is a ladder when entering the toilet, the marking is not clear, it is easy to fall, and almost fell twice after checking in! 3 The quality of the shampoo and shower gel is very poor, we have no choice but to use our own! 4 The biggest problem is that there are 3-4 large windows in the room with little face, but there is no good scenery outside. Because it is blocked by big trees, you can't see the Erhai Lake at all, but it is because of so many windows that the whole day especially It was very cold at night. We put on all the clothes we brought and shivered. In the end, we could only turn on the electric blanket early and go to bed to avoid the cold! A few days ago, the cheap hotels we stayed in were very warm. It is estimated that due to the above design problems and a higher location than the ancient city of Dali, the temperature at the same time may be 4-5 degrees lower than other hotels in the ancient city of Dali! 5 The hotel signed an agreement with the photography company. Every day, many of them come here in groups to take pictures. The crowd is very loud and the duration is long! This is something we are completely unable to adapt to. Paying a high price to such a remote hotel just needs a quiet place! Soon after we checked in, another photography company came in groups, making a lot of noise and affecting our rest! 6 The TV is small and on the side of the bed, which looks very inconvenient! Conclusion: The hotel's rating of 4.9 does not live up to its name, the high price and the service provided do not live up to its name! Next time I will not stay even if it costs 100 yuan a night! The only good thing is that the hotel cafe is nice and well decorated, and the coffee and sandwiches are also very authentic, so if there is really no other ideal place to drink coffee, you can try it!
