We arrived past 9:00pm and the owner was standing outside to direct our driver to the doorstep. Checking in was a breeze and we were given rose pastries as welcome gifts. As our room was on the second level, the owner quickly helped to carry our bags upstairs. Sanye Minsu's location is convenient and within walking distance to Ancient Town. The Wanchou Suite that we booked was very spacious and clean. We were very pleased with the friendly and efficient service rendered. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to Dali. Suggest for the owner to provide bathroom mat to absorb moisture from our wet feet when coming out of the shower. The overall experience was good.

This homstay is nice with a beautiful courtyard where there are a cute cat and dog. The rooms are clean and well furnished with a good toilet with hot shower. It is located at a walking distance from the old town in a quiet area with a few restaurants near by. They also can make coffee and have Yunnan rose cakes. The owner is very helpful and friendly and always ready to give advice

Value for money accom, room is rather simple but offers all the amenities you might need. Staff are super friendly, bonus would be the house pets!

I had a wonderful stay at Sanye Minsu! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully designed with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was the presence of an adorable Border Collie and a chubby, lazy cat — they were so friendly and added a special charm to the experience. It felt like staying in a home away from home. Although breakfast wasn’t included, I didn’t mind at all because everything else was perfect. Highly recommend for a relaxing and pet-friendly getaway!
I’ll definitely return on my next trip!

It was a very great experience with them.
Host is very nice and friendly.
My parents and my son were very happy to stay at here .
Clean environment and there is a cute dog to play with my son.
Add point : host offered us unlimited free water bottles for us which is a big help for us as my son only could drink water from the bottle due to personal health issues.
My mom is a very picky person but she told me this is the best hotel she stayed on this trip .
