Отличный отель для транзита. Но рядом нет никаких кофе или магазинов, чтобы поесть. Но очень комфортный и светлый номер. Очень теплый номер. Спасибо

老板人很好，接站还主动送我们去天门山，去其他景区也可以和老板商量，比打车方便，房间可以直接看到天门山

中规中矩的一家客栈，我们主要是从芙蓉镇回张家界坐飞机，中间有6小时需要休息借了个4人间.性价比很高也就没有借钟点房！接站送机都是免费的离机场还不远，几分钟就送到机场了！感谢店主！

页面标注有18平米，实际上不到10平米。不提供矿泉水，要买水喝的话要走到600米外的一个超市。卫生还可以。不过这个价格也不能要求太多。

不好意思啊！我这是自己的房子，所以卖价恐怕也是张家界最低的价了吧，对于你说的提供矿泉水，价钱便宜啦是不提供矿泉水和早餐的，不过我自己烧的水，每个客人都可以喝，也有大多客人都拿杯子来倒水喝。再说每个房间都有烧水壶的。
18平米标注的是单间吗？看仔细一点哟。

服务还行，态度不错，但是做的真的挺差的，房间卫生一般，但是那个厕所的排水真的做的挺老火的，最无语的是，房间里吹风机和纸巾都没有，一问说是搞忘了，最重要的是我们本来因为去的很晚，一两点的，但是居然说我定的大床房没了？只有双床房？真的很无语。也不打电话提前告知，

没有达到你的满意还是说声抱歉！厕所的地漏是装的防臭的器材，有大水流才能打开，不然就会有臭气返出来，所以流下去的水比较慢。
黄金周房间比较紧张，你订房的时候单间就只剩一间，跟你同时订房一起2个人，我想要联系也联系不到你，因为是平台上是虚理号码，打不通的。没办法先来的住了单间，你临晨2点到只有留双标啦，虽然双标要贵也没办法还哒不到你的满意，只能说声抱歉！
