The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful from the front desk, enquiry desk and restaurant staff to the operator.
Special thanks to Ms Jiang Li, she helps us a lot and make our stay enjoyable.
The room is clean and spacious, bed comfortable and variety of fruits over 3 nights. We feel the warmth when we return to our room every night.
Breakfast selection was great. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

During the Chinese New Year, the hotel is full of New Year's atmosphere. The room is large, comfortable, and the price is quite reasonable. Ms. Yang Lu at the front desk is very gentle and has a good service attitude. The room facilities are user-friendly, and a free three-point charging cable is provided. The window is just right , the room is transparent. The bed is really comfortable to sleep on, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the sound insulation is good, and it is very quiet at night. The room hygiene is in place, next time I will choose Hanrui Hotel

The overall feeling of the hotel is very good, the parent-child room is booked, the room is big enough, there are two separate bathrooms, and the facilities are consistent with the pictures on the Internet. The details are good, and the children are very satisfied. The room provides a variety of different types of pillows, which is so thoughtful. The hotel breakfast is also good, adults and children can satisfy the restaurant waiter attitude is also very good. Just a little suggestion, an extra layer of carpet can be laid in the room, the existing wooden floor is not very soundproof.

The location of the hotel is superior. There is a shopping mall just a little walk in front. It is also very convenient to eat and shop. The hotel is clean and hygienic, with an elegant environment.
