酒店整体满足基本需求，房间通风良好，空调制冷正常。卫生间没有明显水渍，提供基础洗漱用品。不过隔音效果一般，晚上能听到隔壁开关门声。周边有便利店和小餐馆，生活还算方便，适合追求实惠、不挑剔的客人。

酒店位置离梦外滩好近，才2公里，关键是在居民区，闹中取静，旁边就是菜场超市，便宜实惠又多选择，去梦外滩和华夏文化园的超级推荐，梦外滩更是暑假遛娃圣地。菜场那边有家早餐煎包店便宜好吃到飞，还有上过电视的烤鸭，还有烧饼，新鲜的晴王才六元，喜欢Ing……言归正传，酒店服务非常好，10点到的也给我们入住了，而且不加价。
