This is a good resort for people who would like to do winter sport, take some rest, there is a good deal for guest. Thank you for all the staffs at the resort. Eventhough, we speak different languages, they try their best to communicate and help us. The lady who wears suit at front desk, the small lady with nice smile, the guy with eyes glasses (Im sorry that I can't remember all the name. And special thanks to "Lucy Wang who assist us with the refund process.| definately recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to take a vacation in Chang Bai Shan.

great location in the middle of the resort and close to the ski center, breakfast was good also

Amazing stay with my family of 4, amazing view from our tatami room too. A lot of different facilities and restaurants there, 5 out of 5 for the excellent location. Highly recommend it for families who need more space.

Have a very nice stay here. Amazing view from our room, best spot to watch the fireworks show. 5out of 5 for the location. Love it here.
