房间干净卫生整洁，房间一个人住还算大，没有异味，位置好找楼下很多好吃的都不需要点外卖了下楼就能吃，还有免费无线网用，这价格还是很划算的！不错的入住体验！而且离西禅寺非常近走路十分钟就到了，打卡很出片！！！！推荐！客服姐姐也很好说话本人长得也很漂亮，新送的枕头很舒服睡得很舒服，下次来福州会再光顾的

位置绝了！下楼就是华润万象城，逛吃买一步到位，步行几分钟全解决。房间和图片无差，干净整洁，床品睡得很舒服，隔音也意外的好。房东/管家响应很快，有问必答，全程省心。性价比拉满，下次来还住这！

傻X酒店，我订家庭房，楼上楼下居然还有单独门带密码锁，得开三个门按三个密码，麻烦死了，本来这也没什么。结果楼上房间空调滴水严重不能用，说给我们换个房间，等我这边房关了，搬过去了，告诉我只能换其中一间房间，就是说一家人要分开两边住，搞笑死了，还跟我说整套换过去多浪费，干嘛一家人一定要住一起。自己设施坏了我还没说耽误我的时间，害我这么麻烦，我都根本还没用床上用品，她倒还说浪费，傻X客服。早知道我都不帮忙拖地板上的空调水，关我屁事！

特别抱歉让您和家人在入住时遇到单房间空调故障的问题，给您带来了不便，我们特别愧疚，此次空调出现故障确实是我们设施维护中没做到位，并非有意为之，当时第一时间提出换房，也是想尽快帮您解决问题，减少影响，只是在房间调配时考虑不周，没兼顾到一家人同住的需求，这是我们的工作失误。我们第一时间协调了隔壁最近的房间给您换，就是想尽量减少您搬运行李的麻烦，也希望能让您和家人尽快恢复舒适的居住状态，并非有意要让大家分开。
看到您的差评，我们特别重视，也反思了在沟通时没把换房的考虑和细节说清楚，导致您有不好的感受。我们已经加强了设施日常排查，也会优化后续的沟通方式，祝您生活愉快！
