五一出行也没有涨价，这一点就很棒了，服务旁边高校的，环境卫生服务啥的都很不错，地铁旁边，很方便，学校假期也没有很多学生，算是很安静的地方吧，就是如果要去三坊七巷啥的地铁最少需要45分钟 ，可能有点不方便，但福州五一假期地铁免费，点赞

在福建师范大学旁边，以前是大学的招待所不对外开放。还是汉语国际教育的培训中心哦！
春节期间没有很贵，最惊喜的是房间超大的！服务态度也很好，就是早餐比较简单。不过离地铁站很近！

入住当天前台态度极差。部分设施老旧，淋浴头和墙壁固定处完全分离，一边洗澡一边担心被砸到，电梯按不亮。窗帘不遮光。最烂的是早餐厅里充当服务员的老头老奶不停地喊餐具自助送回，既然已经市场化了，我们不是公款吃喝的学术蛀虫，是携程上来消费的客人，没义务收拾盘子。

亚朵的价格 小宾馆的品质 这个价格 环境真不咋的 空调还是个杂牌子 房卡只有一张 有人出去 就断电 电视就更不要说了 放都不能用 摆设吧 就和招待所一样

价格合理，房间整洁，离师大很近，校友回学校逛逛很合适，有种住在D区的熟悉感。节假日也不涨价，特别好哦。
