老板，老板娘人非常好，干净又卫生，洗衣区晒衣区也很方便，位置中心，南北线都很方便，3层还可以看到得到海，3层还可以看曰出，值得推荐，非常不错。

房间很新，就是位置有点偏，像回到了老家，打车不方便打，特别是车站的时候恶心，打了好久打不到将就30分钟，老板服务态度特别好，就是自己家的感觉，不像民宿的感觉，之前在南昌住的民宿很恶心，没有前台，什么都没有，这里老板家就在下面特别好，有什么需要就可以找老板，订了两间房特别好，我自己住的挺舒服的，旁边走一段路就是有个海，和比较有名的差不多，不要听司机的话，仙人景一般般，😓😓😓😓😓还有很多海蟑螂，推荐这个民宿，安全性肯定比很多民宿高，虽然在村里面，而且便宜学生党订这个就好了，我和同学订双床，3个人睡一张床都很大（160m左右的），空调不是中央空调，单独的。都挺好的，天气好的平潭就是蓝色的，天气不好就不好看，民宿安全度很高特别好让人有安全感

家里有超级大院子，停车方便，院子里可以团建聚餐烧烤。老板老板娘非常热情，年轻夫妻俩人很好，帮忙联系租用电瓶车，房间很大，干净卫生，三层可以直面海，也有独立的洗衣池，三层大楼台空间很大，风景也很好，三层还可以看曰出，老板还提供赶海工具，附近就可以赶海，去南线北线都很方便，强烈推荐非常不错！
